Something not working?

The robot doesn't turn on
  1. Check that the switch is set to ON.
  2. Take the batteries out and put them back the right way round.
  3. Try fresh batteries: weak ones light the LED but never turn the wheels.
One wheel doesn't turn
  1. Lift the robot and turn the wheel by hand.
  2. Look at the motor wire: it must be pushed all the way in.
  3. Swap the two motors over to find out whether it is the motor or the board.
The computer can't find my robot
  1. Change the cable: many cables only charge.
  2. Plug it straight into the computer, without a USB hub.
  3. Switch the robot off and on, then reload the page.
